Ashley was delivered just two months before in the same month, and she only weighed 2 pounds 8 ounces. In ICU the hospital, Ashley stayed for an entire month. Parents were advised that her heart was going to need surgery Christmas Day. Christmas Day brought answers to the prayers of her parents when doctors advised her parents she had the heart shut. Ashley didn't need to undergo any procedures. After being released, she went home with a weight of 4 1/2 pounds after being in hospital for 2 months. Since her release, she's well-behaved! Her father is of English and German ethnic heritage. The family that she is from originates from Ireland. In 2002, Ashley was first noticed as a model in an ad in the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was initially approached by the Ford Modeling Agency when she was eight years old. From then on, she's been working in publishing and still is employed by the Agency. At the age of 10, Ashley decided to become an actor. Ashley went onto do 35 commercials. She then moved to stage. Ashley currently has a love for acting. Ashley concentrated all of her time on her acting. That left very less time to model and dancing. Ashley is best known for her role as Hannah Marin in ABC's Pretty Little Liars. Ashley was in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo), and Solange's "True Love", music video. Britney Spears acted as her co-star in an Vogue Magazine photoshoot. The singer is featured in the NLT's music video "That Girl".
